More than two decades of shipbroking experience, starting his career with P.F Bassøe Shipbrokers in 1997, followed in 2004 with Odin Marine in Connecticut, USA where he spent 5 years prior to returning to Norway and Pareto. He has also worked for  a year as Director of Sale and Purchase, Newbuildings and projects with Seatankers Management in Oslo. Has holds a Master of Business and Economics Degree from Norwegian Business School.

Over a decade of shipbroking experience starting as a shipbroker with RS Platou and later with Grieg Shipbrokers. Graduate of the University of Bergen with a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree, and one year LL.M degree in shipping law from the University of Cape Town.

More than 20 years experience within the shipbroking scene and was formerly a partner of Lorentzen & Stemoco and Grieg Shipbrokers, always focusing within Sale and Purchase. Holds a Master of Science Degree in Shipping Trade and Finance from City University London.

Martin joined Arctic Shipping on August 9th 2021. He graduated in 2021 from Cass Business School with an MSC in Shipping, Trade and Finance and has previously completed his bachelor degree at BI​.

Started his career at Lorentzen & Stemoco in 1999, before moving to Asia in 2003 where he worked as a S&P/newbuilding broker in Shanghai and Bangkok for the following 6 years with L&S, Fearnleys and RS Platou. Returned to Oslo in 2009 where he joined Pareto Shipping, later renamed BRS Oslo AS. Main focus is to follow up shipyards in Asia. Holds an M.Sc. from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and is a Maritime Engineer from University College of Southeast Norway.

Ole Henrik joined Arctic Shipping in January 2024. He has more than 15 years of shipbroking experience from Pareto Dry Cargo and Fearnleys, mainly focusing on the dry cargo market, initially as a spot broker and later shifting his focus to project business and sale and purchase. Ole Henrik holds a Business Degree from BI Norwegian Business School.

Fabian joined Arctic Shipping in August 2023 with 17 years of experience as a S&P broker. He began his career in 2005 with Simpson Spence Young (SSY) in London working Middle Eastern and Indian markets. In 2007 he was appointed to the SSY New York office with a focus on drybulk markets. In 2016 he moved to Hamburg and joined Barry Rogliano Salles (BRS), becoming a Partner in 2019. Fabian is a graduate of Cass Business School with a MSc in Shipping Trade and Finance.

Over 30 years of experience within administration in shipping from shipowning and shipbroking. Worked as secretary for almost 20 years for RS Platou sale and purchase department. Office operations.
