Arctic Capital is the capital raising vehicle for direct investments in the Arctic group with primary focus on real estate, shipping and offshore through investments in equity and debt structures. Arctic Capital raises capital in the primary market and facilitates trading of shares in the secondary market providing liquidity to clients.

Arctic Real Estate Management consists of a property management unit and a business management unit that provides services to the project companies throughout the holding period from inception to divestment.

• Commercial management – lease administration, rent collection, contract follow-up and proactive tenant relationship management to secure stable cash flow and minimise vacancy risk.
• Technical property management – procurement and oversight of external service providers, technical due-diligence follow-up, condition assessments, long-term maintenance planning and energy-performance optimisation.

The company is fund manager to project companies (SPV’s) within real estate and shipping facilitated by Arctic Securities AS to the extent these are considered to be alternative investment funds in accordance with the Alternative Investment Funds Act.
