Arctic Nordic Corporate Bond is an actively managed high yield bond fund investing in Nordic high yield bonds issued by companies at the safer end of the high-yield risk segment. Through “craftsmanship'” we aim to generate a good risk-adjusted absolute return over time.
The fund has a well-diversified portfolio, and is considered a good alternative for investors seeking a higher return than provided by liquidity funds, but with a lower risk than equity funds.
Investment philosophy
Our philosophy centres on thorough, proprietary and independent fundamental analysis. Our focus is directed towards the downside with emphasis on balance sheet strength and cashflow generation. The team is absolute return oriented, adding credit exposure when risk-reward is judged to be favourable and reducing exposure when it is not.
