Flyr - Right Issue - NOK 250m
Arctic acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner in relation to the fully underwritten rights issue of NOK 250 million in Flyr AS.
The net proceeds from the Rights Issue will be used to re-establish the Company's financial buffer for the period until the Company becomes cash-flow positive and for general corporate purposes..
