Tekna Private Placement 750m

Arctic Securities acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in relation to the Private Placement in Tekna Holding AS and subsequent listing on Euronext Growth Oslo with a total transaction size of NOK 750 million.

Tekna is a world-leading producer of micro and nano advanced materials. The materials are produced with a proprietary and highly advanced plasma torch and will be a key enabler for next-generation technologies such as 3D-printing, printed electronics and batteries.

 

The proceeds from the transaction will be used to fund growth investments, repayment of shareholder loans and for general corporate purposes. The offering attracted significant interest from high-quality domestic, Nordic and international investors and was multiple times oversubscribed. The first day of trading on Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to be on or about 30 March 2021.
