Radinn AB Private Placement of SEK 65m
Arctic Securities acted as sole manager in relation to the pre-IPO private placement of SEK 65m for the Swedish electric jetboard company Radinn AB. Radinn offers electric jetboards for the emerging market of e-mobility on water. Radinn launched its first board in 2015 and the third product generation in April 2020 with an expanding product offering coming years. The capitalization’s aim is to finance further growth ambitions.
