Private Placement of NOK 730 million in ECIT AS and listing on Euronext Growth Oslo
ECIT is a well-established Nordic financing & accounting, IT services and tech company with more than 2.100 employees across 100 locations in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, UK, Serbia, Poland, Finland, Lithuania, and Germany.
The net proceeds will be used to finance the Company's acquisition of approximately 15% of relevant minority interests in the Company's subsidiaries, future acquisitions and for general corporate purposes. The first trading day on Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to be on or about May 20th 2021.
