Fleks is Norway’s leading provider of car subscription services with 1,500 cars and more than 20,000 registered users. The Company was founded in 2019 as part of Bertel O. Steen’s strategic ambitions within mobility services, and has rapidly grown to a market-leading position in Norway. The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used fund growth of the Company’s car fleet, expand operations and further develop the Company’s technological platform.
