Real estate project of NOK 1 200 million, Helsfyr Kontorinvest III

Arctic acted as sole manager in the NOK 462 million private placement in connection with the real estate project of NOK 1 200 million, Helsfyr Kontorinvest III. The transaction attracted strong investor interest from family offices and HNWI clients of Arctic Capital. The company will own Grensesvingen 2-20 at Helsfyr, an office building with gross leasable area of ~27 700 sqm. The property has a prime location at Helsfyr with immediate access to public transport. ~85% of gross rental income derives from public tenants and majority of leases are below market levels. Also, SQM have conducted a feasibility study concluding development potential of 9 000 - 11 000 sqm.
