The transaction attracted significant investor interest from family offices and HNWI clients, thus leaving the book substantially oversubscribed. Parkkvartalet Eiendomsinvest will own a recently refurbished and high quality office building in the middle of Drammen. Said building mass houses inter alia Skatteetaten, Drammen kommune and Formuesforvaltning. ~70% of the gross rental income derives from public tenants.
