Kahoot! - NOK 852 million - Private Placement
The Private Placement took place through an accelerated bookbuilding process and was multiple times over-subscribed. 7.5 million shares sold in the transaction were new shares raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 266 million to the Company, which will be used to further grow the Company by continuing to expand its offering in all segments, and selectively pursue value-creating M&A opportunities.
