Frøya Industrieiendom Invest AS - NOK 486.2 million - Project Finance

Arctic acted as sole financial advisor and manager in the sale of 100 % of the shares in Frøya Industrieiendom Invest AS. The company was established in July 2018 as an Arctic real estate project that acquired the property Industriveien 51 at Frøya. The property is fully let to Salmar on a long lease contract expiring in 2032. The transaction demonstrates continued strong demand for real estate, increased attractiveness of lease contracts towards strong tenants and how an opportunistic approach to long-dated investments can realize attractive returns for Arctic’s project investors.
