Crayon Group Holding - NOK 495 million - Private Placement and Secondary Sale

Arctic acted as Joint Bookrunner in relation to the Private Placement in Crayon Group Holding ASA, raising gross proceeds of NOK 300 million. In addition, Karbon Invest AS sold 3,000,000 existing shares, corresponding to NOK 195 million. The net proceeds in the Private Placement will be used for potential acquisition opportunities which may materialise as well as for general corporate purposes.
