Arctic Securities acted as sole manager in relation to Alternus’ equity Private Placement and its inaugural Senior Secured Green Bond Issue.

Arctic Securities AS is proud of having introduced Alternus Energy Group plc to the Nordic capital markets. Alternus operates a pan-European portfolio of utility-scale solar photovoltaic parks, with long-term fixed price revenue streams which, combined with multiple growth avenues, makes the company a highly attractive investment case.

 Arctic Securities acted as sole manager in relation to Alternus’ equity Private Placement of EUR 27 million and its inaugural EUR 110 million Senior Secured Green Bond Issue. Both transactions were well received by investors and were oversubscribed.

 The proceeds from the transactions will be used to refinance Alternus’ existing debt and to fund the acquisition of a contracted portfolio of solar PV assets to be acquired during 1Q 2021. Post the acquisition, Alternus will own a diversified portfolio of 139MW of operational solar PV assets, and a development portfolio of 14MW.
