Opatho Gas Trans LLC - USPP Senior Secured Notes - USD 65 million
Opatho is a newly established natural gas pipeline owner and operator company owned 50% by Mr. Øivind Risberg and 50% by Mr. Torkill Hellberg. The Company has contracted the leading construction companies John Wood Group and Applied Construction Solutions for the construction of approximately 30 miles of natural gas pipeline from Meadwille (Pennsylvania) to Ashtabula (Ohio). Opatho has secured a 15-year fixed price contract with the utility company Dominion Energy.
