Kongsberg Gruppen - Rights Issue and Bond Financing - GBP 500 million

Arctic Securities has acted as sole financial advisor to Kongsberg Gruppen in connection with the acquisition of Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine from Rolls Royce plc, and will also act as Joint Global Coordinator in the related rights issue (NOK 5 billion) and bond financing (up to NOK 2 billion). Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine is a world leader in vessel design, complex system integration, and supply / support of power and propulsion equipment and deck machinery. The acquisition will strengthen Kongsberg’s position as a global technology leader in the maritime industry, and is expected to generate significant cost and revenue synergies.
