Arctic LEI registration now launched in Denmark

Through its own proprietary service, Arctic has made LEI registration easy for its Nordic clients. Through the use of BankID, clients have seamlessly been able to acclaim their LEI. As of today, Arctic together with Nordea, launched the service in Denmark, now available with the use of NemID.

Arctic has in a short time become one of the leading providers of LEI in the Nordic region. The service, known to many as an intuitive and easy to use solution, has been widely recieved as an hassle free way for many to become compliant to the current Mifid regulation that came into effect in January 2018. 

The LEI is designed to uniquely identify every legal entity or structure, in any jurisdiction, that is party to a financial transaction. The LEI will also be used when reporting within the financial markets. 

Now, with the launch of Arctic LEI Denmark, investment companies or others with a need of LEI, may use perhaps the fastest solution in the market. By entering the companies CVR-number, all available data will be entered into the application. The process can be done within two minutes, and is then confirmed with your very own NemID.
