Aker ASA: Sucessful placement of NOK 1,500m bond issue
Reference is made to the notification sent on January 15(th) regarding a potential new unsecured bond issue by Aker ASA. Aker ASA has successfully completed a new senior unsecured bond issue of NOK 1,500 million with maturity in January 2023, carrying a coupon of 3 months Nibor + 2.65% p.a. with quarterly interest payments. The bond issue was substantially oversubscribed. Settlement date will be 31 January 2018. An application will be made for the bond to be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange, and the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
