Our team

After graduating with a MA (BA Hons.) in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh, Mr. Lerche joined Arctic Offshore in 2005 and he became partner in the company in 2009. Mr. Lerche set up and headed the office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 2011 to 2013 before becoming Managing Partner of the company in 2015. Mr. Lerche has a substantial track record from working on successful transactions within S&P, newbuildings and chartering worldwide.

Mr. Lerche oversees the company’s operations and has his primary focus on OSVs and Specialized Vessels with particular attention to the Latin American market as well as transactions with a financial angle.

Mr. Høsøien joined Arctic Offshore in 2012, after having graduated from NTNU in Trondheim with a M.Sc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management (Indøk). Amund became partner in Arctic Offshore in 2017 and is focusing on worldwide chartering and project development, and has his core expertise within Subsea and Renewables where he coordinates the company’s efforts, as well as on PSVs and AHTS.

Mr. Garschagen joined Arctic Offshore in 2018. He holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc. in Management from Northeastern University in Boston. Mr. Garschagen has more than 8 years of experience in the Offshore and Oil industry, having worked with different players across the world, including for DNV and a major drilling contractor. His main focus is on the Latin American markets. Nicolas is based out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Miss. Lorvik joined Arctic Offshore in January 2024. She holds a BSc. in Journalism and an MSc. in Communication from London Metropolitan University. Miss. Lorvik has more than 9 years of experience working in international relations between Norway and Brazil, starting off her career in a Norwegian NGO in Brazil and then as General Manager for The Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (NBCC), before starting in Arctic.

Her main focus is on the Latin American markets. Jeanette is based out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Mr. Zetzmann joined Arctic Offshore in 2022, after having graduated from BI in Oslo with a MSc. in Finance as well as a BBA degree with a specialization in shipping management. During his studies Fabio worked as part-time Pricing Analyst with Wilhelmsen. Fabio is supporting chartering, project development and S&P projects globally.

Mrs. Dalsbø joined Arctic Offshore (Nor-Ocean Offshore) in August 2008 and is today in charge of the office administration. Mrs Dalsbø has varied background from the hotel and service industry.
