Arctic Securities Investment Banking Internship
An internship within Investment Banking gives you the opportunity to prove yourself in a high-paced and rewarding working environment covering share and bond issues, IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions. You will be exposed to a wide range of tasks that often run in parallel. This covers amongst other industry research and analysis, business plan and valuation assessments, preparation of company and investor presentations, and capital market assessments.
Fundamental to the internship is that you work as a part of dedicated projects teams working on live projects with highly skilled and positive colleagues.
In Oslo Arctic Securities offers internship throughout the year, normally lasting for 8-10 weeks, whilst in Stockholm we offer an autumn and a spring internship.
Arctic Securities Research Internship
Arctic Securities’ Research department consists of experienced credit and equity research analysts. Our teams of sector specialists provide independent research to domestic and international clients.
Research interns get introduced to many different aspects of the investment industry and will improve your knowledge and skills related to key factors that influence stock and bond prices in the financial market.
You will be exposed to a wide range of tasks covering such as market research and analysis, valuation and credit assessments, and preparation of research reports.
Arctic Securities offers internships within Research at our Oslo office.
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for talented and enterprising individuals who align with our core values and have an ambition to perform in a vibrant and intellectually rewarding environment.
Applicants should have an interest in the financial markets, but no experience from similar work is required. We are primarily seeking candidates with a strong academic background from business/economics, finance, engineering, or other scientific subjects.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and a Nordic language is a prerequisite. We are primarily seeking 3rd year BSc students or students in a MSc program.

Our recruitment process
We normally post our internship positions in Oslo just after the summer and applications can be submitted through our online platform.
For our internship in Stockholm, we post the positions during January and September for our Autumn and Spring internship respectively.
