Arctic Capital AS is the capital raising vehicle for direct investments in the Arctic group. Our primary focus is on real estate, shipping and offshore through investments in equity and debt structures. 

Through our close collaboration with developers, brokers, banks and investors we provide access to investments in real assets. Arctic Capital AS is owned by the senior partners and Arctic Securities AS. Arctic Capital is currently represented with offices in Oslo.

Arctic is the leading financial real estate player in the Norwegian market. The group has been involved in over 60% of the largest property transactions in Norway in recent years.

The commercial real estate (CRE) sector in Norway is well developed and supported by a healthy Norwegian economy and strong government finances. The sector has developed rapidly from being dominated by Norwegian investors five years ago, to today where international investors represent about half of the annual CRE transaction volumes.
