Conditions for use of the service

Arctic Securities AS ("Arctic") offers, as a one-off service, assistance to customers to obtain Legal Entity Identification (LEI) in order to meet regulatory obligations.

Arctic has established a cooperation arrangement with Bloomberg Finance L.P., which is accredited as an issuer of LEI by The Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF). Arctic does not assume any liability for the service provided by Bloomberg Finance L.P., or for LEI issued by GLEIF.

The issue of LEI is based on information from third parties. Arctic does not assume any liability for such information being correct, precise or up-to-date or that the LEI number is the only one issued for a specific juridical entity. Arctic reserves the right to reject LEI applications.

Arctic reserves the right to publish all data obtained and received by Arctic in connection with LEI registration.

Arctic does not assume any liability for direct or indirect loss as a result of use of this service, or use of an issued LEI.

Arctic does not assume any liability for damage or loss as a result of faults in technical systems for this service or on the website: www.arctic.com

Arctic is under no circumstances responsible for maintenance and renewal of LEI or that LEI may be out of date. Arctic further takes no responsibility to continue with registration of LEI. Arctic may at any time transfer execution of this service to another service provider.

Arctic is under no circumstances responsible for updating customers of regulatory changes related to LEI.

This service is regulated by Norwegian law.
