Investment Banking Internship – Stockholm, Spring 2024

What we offer

Arctic Securities is seeking to fill several internship positions in our Corporate Finance, Research and Credit Sales departments in Stockholm. We offer full-time internships with flexible start in January 2024 lasting until June 2024.

An internship within Arctic gives you the opportunity to experience how it is to work in teams covering share and bond issues, IPOs, M&A transactions across a range of industries, real estate project finance as well as equity and credit research or credit sales. As an intern, you will be exposed to a wide range of tasks, and this covers amongst other industry analysis, business plan and valuation assessments, preparation of company and investor presentations, and capital market assessments. You will be placed within the Corporate Finance department, covering ECM (Equity capital markets), DCM (Debt capital markets), M&A (Mergers and acquisitions) and Real Estate, the Research department covering credit and equity research or Credit sales.

You will work in teams with highly skilled and positive colleagues who will help support your work and facilitate your development so that you get the most out of your internship both professionally and socially.

Who we are looking for

  • The internships are relevant for talented and committed students or recent graduates with strong academic records and a curious and analytical mindset.
  • You should have a motivation to learn about capital markets and finance related topics in an energetic, intellectually rewarding, and inclusive environment, but no prior experience is required.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is a prerequisite.
  • Availability for one full semester between January to June is preferred.
